A young Bhutanese refugee moves to America with his family, hoping for a brighter future, a new identity, and the freedom to live with dignity. But language barriers, cultural differences, systemic struggles, and his own choices lead him into a severe mental health crisis. As his condition begins to affect both his family and personal life, he realizes he needs help. With support from a doctor he meets at work, he confronts his illness and refuses to give up on his dreams — ultimately overcoming his darkest days with courage and resilience.
